DEADLINE FOR DELIVERY

• The delivery period of the products is 15 a to 60 working days (i.e. with the exception of holidays and weekends) from the date of confirmation of payment of the merchandise. This deadline is due to the fact that we send the products direct from our producing partners, thus we have been able to offer free shipping!
• But CALM! It's hardly going to take all this, the average is 15 a to 30 days to get to ... Will we combine a thing? If your product does not arrive at the maximum deadline, we will return the money to you!
• Due to the large volume of orders on a daily basis, we ask for a deadline of up to 7 working days to process your order together with our supplier and soon send the information about the order dispatch to the e-mail enrolled in the order.
• The products will be sent directly from the supplier to the customer.
• We have owned suppliers in the following countries: Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, the Netherlands, China and the United States.

MULTIPLE PRODUCTS

• In case you make a purchase that contains more than one item, they will be able to arrive for you in different packaging and dates. This occurs because the products are from distinct vendors, thus not being able to send them together.

INCONSISTENT DELIVERY ADDRESS

• We do not hold ourselves responsible for errors in the time of filling in the delivery data, ok?

• We always do the possible to contact the customer in case we detect something incoherent in their data, however it is the customer's responsibility to correctly fill in and confer all the data before completing the order. So if you miss your address and you don't realize it, we can't change after sending.
• Changes to the address must be requested in up to 24 hours after the order is placed.
• In case the delivery is not effected for any reason other than liability of 4Evah Young, a fee of R$ 30, to 00 will be charged for referral, the customer must contact us at up to 14 business days after notice of return issued by the post office.

TRACKING

• You can track the progress of your order through the MUAMBATOR or direct on our site.

• The trace codes are sent by e-mail or SMS enrolled in the order.

• The tracking code will be released in up to 7 business days from the date of payment of the order. The information from your order may take up to 5 utile days to become available.

• There may be delays of updating the tracking system on the part of the post office.

• The monitoring of orders by the code is not done by the company and yes by the customers themselves.
