Exchange Policy

THE 4Evah Young allows returns in the form of credit from the store within 7 days from the date the items arrive at your home.

Terms and conditions may apply:

Products can be returned only if they are in their original condition, unused, without washing and with the labels still attached. Unfortunately, we will not be able to credit the store if the item is no longer in its original condition ☹️

The exchange / return request must be made within 7 days after receiving the product and sent to our office within 14 calendar days.

Your new product will be resent in 7 working days after receipt and check.


Intimate products cannot be returned under any circumstances! (underwear, socks, swimwear, tights etc.)


Can I cancel my order after buying something on the website?

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchase - so if you change your mind in the meantime - send us a message and we will cancel and refund you as soon as we receive your request.

What if it gets broken and I want a refund?

We offer direct refunds for damaged products upon arrival. Let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement. Send us some photos of the damaged item and we will make a refund.

To make a return, send us an email to contato@4evahyoung.com with the order number and product photos.

What if I'm really unhappy and want my money back?

You can send an email to contato@4evahyoung.com informing your order number and someone from our team will do their best to help you💜

Chargeback shipping costs?

We are not responsible for return shipping and do not provide a postage code! 😕
In case of defective products, we will cover the freight after checking the product and sending proof of payment from the Post Office.


Can I exchange an item for something else?

Unfortunately not, but you can return it in its original condition with all the tags and we will give you credit at the store. You can buy it again in a different size or color or something entirely different. Exchanges can only be made using your store's credit to buy something else.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Oops, we apologize for the unexpected!
